"My husband was in a motor vehicle accident and State Farm has been top notch to work with. The staff at our local office, especially Ashley and Scot, have gone above and beyond to ensure a stressful time would be not only handled professionally but with empathy. They were responsive and provided clear and consise information and details for us. They would follow up to ensure all was moving along with our claim and to check in on my husband's condition.
